Chilling refers to placing the cow carcass in a room of minus 4 degrees for 1-2 days. The length of time depends on the breed and age of the cattle.

The beef is divided reasonably according to the needs by the cutting personnel. After the meat is vacuum-packed, it is put into the freezing tray and pushed to the freezing warehouse for freezing or to the cooling room of the finished product to keep it fresh.
