Slaughterhouse hooks are used to hang animals on rails, usually stainless steel. In the process of using, we not only have requirements on the material of slaughterhouse hook but also have very strict requirements on the bearing capacity.
For example, ordinary double-track pulley hooks cannot be used in cattle slaughterhouses because their load-bearing capacity cannot meet the load-bearing requirements.
The selection of slaughterhouse hooks should pay attention to the following issues
1. Quantity
The number of pulley hooks is generally 1 or 1.2 times the daily slaughtering amount
2. Double-track meat track system, generally choose double-track pulley hook.
For pipe rails, pipe rail pulley hooks need to be selected
3. For pig and sheep slaughterhouses, we generally recommend choosing double-track slaughter hooks, and for cattle slaughterhouses choose pipe-track slaughter hooks. If there is both a sheep slaughtering line and a cattle slaughtering line, we recommend that the cattle slaughtering line can use a double-track slaughterhouse hook.
4. For large slaughterhouses, don’t forget to choose the pulley return system or Slaughter Hook Transporter when choosing the slaughter hooks.
