Sheep scalding tank is the slaughtering equipment needed for the sheep hair removal line. It is made of stainless steel and thermal insulation materials. Due to the small size of sheep, the size of the sheep scalding pool is generally smaller than that of pigs under the same daily slaughter volume.

There is a constant temperature heating device at the bottom of the ironing pool, and the temperature is automatically adjusted.

Use process

The sheep are transported from the bleeding line to the scalding tank to start soaking and scalding for 2-5 minutes and then enter the sheep dehairing machine for depilation.
