A hog hair removal machine(200 types) is designed for hogs under 230 kg. For hogs with a relatively small weight, two hogs can be removed at the same time, which greatly improves the production capacity of the slaughtering line.

Work Process
1. The soft planer shaft is raised, and the hog body planed in the machine is pulled out of the machine by the hand planer on the large drum and slid into the scalding tank. At this time, the soft planer shaft is lowered and restored.
2. The rake picks up and lifts the hog body from the scalding tank, and at the same time, the gate of the hog is lowered, so that the hog body can slide into the machine. When the rake is lowered, the rate rises and blocks the hog body in the machine. Shave the hair inside so that it will not roll back into the scalding pool. After the action is completed, the above actions will be repeated.
3. Due to the proper arrangement of the shaving drum, the hog body rolls freely in the machine. Under the pressure of the hog body’s own weight, the shavings and the hog body roll and rub, so as to achieve the purpose of dehairing.
4. The hog body must be scalded before entering the hog hair removal machine, and scalding is an important condition for hair removal.
Note: The temperature of hot water for scalding hogs depends on the climate and the variety of hogs. Generally, the water temperature should be controlled at 60~65℃.
5. The machine is equipped with a water spray pipe. It is best to spray warm water during the hair planning process to wash the residual hair and blood on the hog’s body.
