The elevator is cattle slaughter equipment used to lift live cattle or cattle carcasses to a certain height. In a cattle slaughtering line, there are three places where elevators need to be used.
1. Hang the cattle after stun
2. Transfer cattle from bloodletting line to carcass processing line
3. Lift the slaughtering pulley transport vehicle with the hoist
It is used for rehanging the cow carcass from the bloodleting line to the carcass processing line. One leg of the cow is lifted up by the hoist until the other leg can be hung on the carcass processing conveyor. Slowly descend to the track to complete the transition. The bovine bloodletting chain is returned to the hanging place through the pulley return system.
