1. Installation method:
The cowhide air delivery system in the slaughterhouse is the cowhide bucket placed under the hydraulic peeling machine. The cowhide bucket is connected to the cowhide collection box through a negative pressure air duct. The bottom of the cowhide bucket is equipped with an opening and closing plate, which is connected to the hydraulic piston rod. The piston at the end is fixed, the bottom of the cowhide bucket and the end surface of the negative pressure air duct in contact with the opening and closing insert plate are respectively provided with sealing strips, and the negative pressure air duct is provided with an exhaust fan.
2. Working method:
The cowhide used is peeled and falls into the air supply tank through the chute, the pneumatic valve is closed, the compressed air is filled, and the cowhide is transported to the cowhide temporary storage room
through the pipeline. After each conveying, the air supply tank is cleaned and the valve is opened again.
